PRESCRIPTIONS
Refill requests
Submitting a refill is a request for review, not an approval. The care team checks your pet’s authorization and availability before preparation begins.
Please allow at least 24 hours. Wait for a Ready for Pickup notice before visiting the clinic.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Pickup & shipping
Clinic pickup is available after approval and preparation. Shipping is offered only for eligible items and must be confirmed by the clinic. A request to ship does not guarantee shipping.
CARE & COMMUNICATION
Visits & messages
An appointment form sends a request; the visit is not scheduled until the clinic confirms the date and time. Messages are for non-urgent questions. For an emergency, call your veterinary clinic directly.
